Fresh Toner Line offers various choices, for differing skin concern and conditions, based on a water-type toner in a hypoallergenic, sub-acid formula, that is suitable for all skin types. This water-type, weak-acidic PH toner helps restore the skin pH balance after facial cleansing.
Apply to a cotton pad and sweep gently over face and neck after cleansing, avoiding the eye area.
