Citric Acid is a food-safe preservative and additive, found in many processed foods and can be a highly versatile kitchen staple. In Nutricost's Citric Acid you'll only find 100% high-quality citric acid you can use for cooking, canning, drying foods, bath bombs, beauty routines, or to help supplement your health.
Mix 1 scoop daily with 8-12 oz of water or your preferred beverage. To reduce spoilage in sprouting, add 1 tsp per quart of water, soak, and rinse. To slow spoilage and discoloration, use 1 tsp per quart of water or juice for most fruits and vegetables. Citric acid may also be used when canning, drying or freezing foods.
