Nature’s Truth® Dandelion Root delivers the equivalent of 1,800 mg** of this traditional herbal nutrient, from 450 mg of a 4:1 extract. The dandelion plant Taraxacum officinale (also known as the common dandelion) is easily recognized by their vibrant yellow flowers, or by their silver-tufted fruits.
Just two quick release Nature’s Truth® Dandelion Root capsules a day provide quality plant-based nutrition not usually found in large amounts in the typical diet. Although dandelion is most often characterized as a weed that grows wild in lawns and moist soil, this traditional herb enjoys nutritional and culinary uses, as well. The leaves can be added to salads, and the flowers can be used to make dandelion wine. Dandelion root can be roasted and is used as a coffee substitute.

For adults, take two (2) quick release capsules daily, preferably with a meal.
