Ginseng is a traditional Asian herb that naturally contains ginsenosides and flavonoids. Paired with royal jelly, these quick release capsules are a supportive addition to your routine.
For adults, take two (2) quick release capsules one to two times daily, preferably with meals. Capsules may be opened and prepared as a tea. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
