Take 1 tablet, one time daily, with a meal.
Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, methylcellulose, cellulose gum, glycerin.
No:Â Milk, egg, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, yeast, artificial colors or flavors, added sugar or preservatives.
