Discussion: Activated charcoal is a highly porous material that is derived from non-GMO coconut shells and is known for its potent absorption properties, which contribute to its use as a detoxifier. LifeTime® Activated Coconut Charcoal provide 280 mg activated charcoal per serving in a liquid form that may be taken to help support internal cleansing.
Use only as directed. Shake well before use. Take one 15 ml serving (approximately 1 Tablespoon) daily, alone or added to at least 6 ounces of water or other beverages.
