Kirkman® Herbal Sleep Aid is a blend of four powdered herbal extracts designed to promote restful sleep and relaxation for those with occasional sleeplessness not caused by a medical condition—and it's 100% Melatonin-Free. This is beneficial for people with melatonin sensitivities, are taking certain pharmaceuticals, or are advised against taking melatonin by a physician.
Take two capsules 30-60 minutes before bedtime for relaxation, sleep, and to alleviate restlessness, or as recommended by a physician.
Vegetarian capsules (hypromellose and water), silicon dioxide, ascorbyl palmitate.
Free of: Milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame
