How it works:
Step 1- Morning: 30 minutes after your first meal of the day. Catechins help promote general MORINGA WITH GREEN TEA: This should be taken well-being. Can be used as a part of your diet to maintain healthy blood sugar levels.
Step 2-Afternoon: PURE MATCHA AND SENCHA: This should be taken with 30 minutes after your mid-day meal. 210 mg of catechins and 7.2 mg of L-Theanine per serving. Helps support the immune system. Helps support weight control.
Step 3 - Night: COLON CLEANSE*: This should be taken after your last meal of the day. Supports healthy digestion and works as a gentle laxative for occasional irregularity. Helps progressively lose weight by maintaining normal metabolism of fat and carbohydrates.
Drink 1 cup as directed in the morning, afternoon and night during the 14-day period. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Hot Tea - Pour 8 fl.oz. of freshly boiled water in a cup over your tea bag. Cover and steep for 5-8 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract.
Iced Tea - Prepare hot tea with 4 fl.oz. of water. Let it cool and pour into an ice-filled glass. The melting ice will dilute tea to serving strength.
