Mix each serving (2 level scoops) of Glaxon ELECTRO-CREATINE into 16oz (500mL) of water, juice, or beverage of choice and consume 30-45 minutes prior to, immediately following exercise, or daily as desired. Do not exceed 2 servings per day. Use only as directed.
