We developed a clean, healthy product with ~50% less sugar than leading brands. However, if your kid prefers a sweeter taste, you can supplement with natural flavors such as fruit, honey, or maple syrup.
Key Plant Ingredients
Almonds - Primary source of protein, fat, fiber, and Vitamin E.
Buckwheat - Nutrient dense, gluten-free pseudograin, primary source of high quality protein and carbohydrate.
Tapioca - Easy-to-digest, gluten-free carbohydrate originating from cassava root.
Plus over 20 essential vitamins and minerals to promote healthy growth & development.
What we left out:
6 unpacked scoops (45 g) of powder + ½ cup water (4 fl oz ) = shake well or mix well
The amount of water can be adjusted to achieve your desired thickness/richness.
Use as a light meal replacement or in between meals to fill in any nutritional gaps in your kid's diet. Serve it as a creamy drink, toss it in a smoothie, oatmeal or add it to their favorite recipe. Else Nutrition for kids can be used daily or occasionally, as part of a nutrition plan. It is not to be used as the sole source of nutrition.
