For long-term use: take the recommended amount, indicated above, in intervals of 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off
Hypromellose (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide.
Do not take this product if you are hypoglycemic, diabetic, pregnant or nursing or if you are taking blood pressure medications.
Consuming this product can expose you to chemicals including arsenic and lead, which are known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. Prop 65.
Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
