Cottons expand to fit your shape. Because Cottons tampons are made from 100% natural cotton they're biodegradable and hypo-allergenic.
Since the risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS) increases with higher absorbency, you should use the lowest absorbency needed to control your menstrual flow. It is recommended that you change your tampon every 4 to 8 hours.
