Codeage Liposomal Magnesium Glycinate supplement is packed with 350mg of magnesium bisglycinate chelate per serving, one of the most bioavailable forms of magnesium.* With BioPerine® black pepper and liposomal delivery to help enhance absorption, this magnesium supplement comes in a convenient capsule format.
Adults take 4 capsules daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner, with 8 ounces of water or your favorite beverage. May be taken with or without food.
