Add hot water to fill line and stir. Cover and let stand for 3 minutes. Stir again and enjoy. -or- Add cold water to fill line and stir. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Let stand for 2 minutes. Stir again and enjoy.
Gluten free whole grain oats, brown sugar, cane sugar, chia seed, flaxseed, sea salt, natural maple flavor (maltodextrin, modified food starch, caramel color, natural flavors).
Tested and confirmed gluten free.
Cup and contents will be very hot. Store in a cool dry place.
