Our wonderful dry brush is equipped with rubber massage nodes, making it the perfect dual purpose brush.
Dry body brushing helps shed dead skin cells, and encourages new cell renewal, which results in smoother and brighter skin. It can also help with pesky ingrown hairs.
Use the brush with the massage nodes on areas of cellulite or on your muscles. It can help with muscle tone and give you a more even distribution of fat deposits. So, think of brushing out areas where you have cellulite!
We recommend dry brushing daily before a shower and ideally in the morning as it can be invigorating and energizing. For 3-5 minutes, brush upwards in small strokes with light pressure to start. Start at your feet working up to your chest and always toward your heart.
Avoid brushing on areas of broken skin. Follow dry brushing with your favorite lotion or body oil.
