Carnosine (beta-alanyl-l-histidine) is a dipeptide made up of the amino acids beta-alanine and L-histidine. It is Β present in significant concentrations in muscle and brain tissues.

L-Carnosine is a small molecule composed of the amino acids beta-alanine and histidine, and is found in relatively high concentrations in several body tissues. Carnosine is included in two popular formulas: Mind Power Rx for mental enhancement and Eyesight Rx for visual enhancement.
As a dietary supplement, healthy adults take one capsule daily in the morning in the morning without food or as recommended by a qualified healthcare professional.
