We looked at peanut butter and said: "let's make a bar out of this" but peanut butter doesn't hold its shape very well. So, we added some simple ingredients like dates and brown rice protein and pea protein and voila, a bar shaped thing! It also tasted really, really good. We sprinkled some extra peanuts on top for good measure. Enjoy.
