Stinging Nettles Leaf has been used by ancient cultures for a variety of health applications. Swanson's liquid herbal extract of stinging nettles leaf is a good overall health and wellness herbal supplement. It's a modern liquid extract that is cold pressed and sugar and alcohol free.
As a dietary supplement, take one dropperful (approx. 28 drops) three times per day in a small amount of water. Shake well before use.
Vegetable glycerin, purified water.
Contains sulfur/sulfites.
For adults only. Keep out of reach of children. Do take this product if you are pregnant or nursing.
