Refresh your body and mind with a soaking bath in our ancient minerals magnesium chloride flakes. It will leave your skin moisturized and soft. Use Swanson Magnesium Chloride Flakes in a full bath or a foot soak. After 30 minutes, you'll feel relaxed and refreshed. The magnesium chloride comes from the Zechstein seabed in the Netherlands, which is one of the world's purest sources.
Foot Bath: Dissolve 1 cup in approx. 1 gallon of hot water. Soak 20-30 minutes.
Full Bath: Dissolve 4 cups in bathtub filled with hot water. Soak 20-30 minutes. Rinse and pat dry.
Magnesium Chloride Flakes.
Avoid contact with eyes. For external use only. If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use.
