Swanson Purslane derives from the hardy purslane plant that has been used since prehistoric times for a wide range of applications, from skin health to metabolic support, and many modern herbalists have been rediscovering its myriad benefits. One of nature’s best non-marine plant sources of the omega-3 fatty acid alpha linolenic acid, purslane also contains potent antioxidant carotenoids, including betacyanins and betaxanthins, which deliver broad-spectrum free-radical protection for cells throughout the body. Our veggie capsules deliver 400 mg of pure, full-spectrum purslane.
As a dietary supplement, take one veggie capsule per day with water.
