This special OmegaTru formula is cold-processed and guaranteed to deliver optimum EFA concentrations. These handy, high-absorption softgels make supplementation easy. Swanson Flaxseed Oil is a plant-based source of omega fatty acids 3, 6 and 9 to support heart and skin health and healthy blood lipid levels already within a normal range.
As a dietary supplement, take one softgel two to three times per day with water.
