This dipping oil is a savory combination of slow-roasted garlic, sweet onions and a delicate blend of pure olive oil and expeller-pressed canola oil. Aromatic without being overpowering, the flavors work wonderfully with bread, in marinades and for sautéing.
Shake well before using.
Olive oil, expeller pressed canola oil, minced garlic, minced onion, toasted minced onion, chives, sea salt.
