Biotin is a water-soluble vitamin required by our bodies to maintain healthy hair and skin. Its involvement as a coenzyme in carbohydrate, protein and fat metabolism also supports our metabolic processes that burn fuel and produce energy, as well as supporting normal functioning of the nervous system.
1 tablet daily.
Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, silica and magnesium stearate.
Contains no yeast, dairy, egg, gluten, corn, soy or wheat. Contains no sugar, starch, salt, preservatives or artificial color, flavor or fragrance.
High doses of biotin may interfere with certain laboratory tests. Before undergoing laboratory testing, discontinue use for at least one week and inform your health care professional.
