Chamomile for calming and relaxation coupled with the calming and de-stressing effects of Ashwagandha are well known. Add Turmeric to help improve your mood and tasty additions of cinnamon, licorice root, lemon balm, cloves, and vanilla flavor and you have a tasty, caffeine-free beverage for relaxation, any time of the day.
