Take one tablet about 30 minutes before bedtime.
Microcrystalline cellulose, rice bran extract, organic coating (tapioca maltodextrin, sunflower lecithin, palm oil, guar gum), vegetable cellulose.
Free from artificial colors and artificial preservatives.
Free from all of the major allergens identified in the U.S. Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act.
