Milk Thistle is a prickly purple flower that can be found growing wild along the Mediterranean. This flowering herb is a close relative 7of the daisy and ragweed families, and has been used in ancient health practices for centuries. Milk Thistle naturally contains an active ingredient called silymarin, known for its antioxidant properties. Our Milk Thistle extract is derived directly from the seed of the Silybum marianum plant. Each quick release capsule absorbs into your system rapidly, delivering 1,000 mg of this beneficial herb.
For adults, take one (1) quick release capsule once or twice daily, preferably with meals.
Rice powder, gelatin capsule, calcium silicate, vegetable magnesium stearate.
**Equivalent from 250 mg of 4:1 extract
No gluten, wheat, yeast, milk, lactose, soy, artificial color, artificial flavor, artificial sweetener, preservatives.
