Mild By Nature Unscented Witch Hazel is an Alcohol-Free moisturizing toner that is formulated without GMOs, Parabens or Phthalates.
After cleansing your face, apply solution to a cotton ball or pad and gently wipe over face and neck. May be used morning and night. Suggested to follow with moisturizer.
