MI-DEL's Gluten Free Ginger Flavored Snaps' recipe combines just the right amount of ginger flavor, a gluten free flour blend and cane sugar and is baked to a crisp, snappy perfection. The result - cookies bursting with flavor that will leave the most fervent ginger lover asking for more! Our long history creating gluten free products makes these cookies perfect for those with gluten intolerance or seeking to lead a gluten free lifestyle. While we removed gluten, we did not compromise on taste!

Gluten free flour (rice flour, organic corn flour, organic soy flour, potato starch, corn starch, xanthan gum), cane sugar, canola oil, invert sugar, organic ginger flavor, organic caramel color, soy lecithin (an emulsifier), baking soda, sea salt.

Produced in a certified peanut-free facility that also processes milk, eggs and coconut.
MI-DEL Gluten Free products are routinely tested using the ELISA method to ensure there is less than 20 parts per million gluten.
