Shiitake mushrooms and buckwheat bring a deep umami flavor to this whole grain rice ramen that is also a good source of fiber.
Add the savory vegetable broth to our quick-cook ramen for a convenient bowl of flavorful and nourishing noodle soup any time. For a complete meal, add your favorite veggies and protein. Ready to eat in just 4 minutes!
Place 2 cups of water in a pot and bring to a boil. Add ramen and soup packet and simmer gently for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat when the noodles are just soft and serve.
