At La Tourangelle we bring our family's expertise and craftsmanship to oil-making, using traditional French techniques to produce delicious artisan oils in California.
Our Roasted Almond Oil is slowly roasted, expeller-pressed and lightly filtered from locally sourced 100% California almonds. This delicate oil has a subtle nutty flavor and makes a great addition to your salad dressings, baked goods, or drizzled as a finish on all your dishes.
Cooking Heat: Medium-High, Saute, Bake, Drizzle.
Refrigerate after opening for best quality.
