Pindi Chana is an authentic Indian recipe, created by the Master Chefs of ITC Hotels. Chick peas are simmered till tender in aromatic tomato gravy, creating a hearty, wholesome dish. This gourmet delight is now available in a ready-to-eat pack.
Serving Suggestion: With rice and breads.
Just Heat & Eat
Microwave: Tear the pouch 2" to vent out steam. Place the pack in the microwave and heat for a minute.
Stovetop: Boil sealed ouch in water for 5 minutes.
Do not use conventional or toaster oven.
Grab pouch from sides as contents will be hot.
Once opened consume immediately.
Water, chick peas, onions, potatoes, tomatoes, sunflower oil, spices, ginger, salt, garlic, pomegranate seed powder, green chilies, dry fenugreek leaves, dried mango powder and tea leaves extract.
May contain milk and tree nuts.
Don't use the pack if leaking or bloated.
Specially sterilized in multi-layered pouches to help assure safety. Does not require refrigeration.
Store in a cool dry place.
