Jarrow Formulas® L-Lysine is an essential amino acid necessary for growth, development, tissue maintenance, and protein metabolism. Lysine supports the production of all proteins in the body, including the structural proteins of collagen and elastin, which form all connective tissues.
Adults take 1 capsule 1-3 times a day, preferably on an empty stomach or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
Capsule (bovine gelatin), magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and microcrystalline cellulose.
No wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts or sesame.
