A refreshing toner, packed with Cactus Extract, that tones and smoothes skin while leaving it fresh, clear, and hydrated.
After cleansing, gently pat a few drops of toner onto face with palms of hands or apply a few drops on a cotton pad and gently wipe over the face. Follow with a serum and moisturizer.
