Pour in your liquids and then add your supplements. Shake vigorously, vertically, up and down until achieving desired results. Shaking directly up and down makes best use of helical technology.
To prevent visible surface damage to your shaker bottles, we recommend to wash with soap and water immediately after shaking with oils high in Omega-3 fatty acids, such as Fish Oil, Flaxseed Oil, Chia Seed Oil, and Hemp Seed Oil, etc.
Not for use with warm or hot liquids. Do not use with carbonated ingredients. Contents that build pressure within bottle can cause flip top to unexpectedly open and disperse contents. Open with caution.
