Open one premixed Guru Nanda® Coco Mint pulling oil packet. Gently swish the oil between your teeth for at least 2 minutes. Once done, spit out the oil: Do not swallow.
100% pure fractionated coconut oil, peppermint oil, spearmint oil, clove oil, tea tree oil, cardamom oil, oregano oil, fennel oil, vitamin E, vitamin D, stevia, vitamin K2.
Packaged in a facility that processes peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk and/or wheat. Keep out of reach of children. If more than one tablespoon is swallowed consult a physician. Store in a cool, dry place.
