Our Celery is locally grown and fresh freeze-dried in-house in small batches. Freeze-drying is the best method of preservation as it naturally concentrates the nutrients in the plant by removing only the water.
Add 3 scoops to water, beverages, or food. Delicious and nutritious in smoothies, dips, and in cooking.
