Essential omega-3 fats are known to promote your overall health, including your heart, brain, immune system, joint comfort, mood and more, but where you receive your omega-3s from matters.
Unlike regular fish oils, krill oil carries its omega-3s, EPA and DHA, in the form of phospholipids – liposomes, or little packages, that deliver the fatty acids across your cellular membranes with ease. This helps make the essential omega-3 fats in krill oil more bioavailable to all of your cells.
Adults, as a dietary supplement, take three (3) capsules daily with the first meal.
Capsule (fish gelatin), organic olive oil, organic rosemary leaf extract.
Contains fish (tilapia), shellfish (krill).
If you are allergic to shellfish, have a blood coagulation condition, or are taking anticoagulants such as warfarin (Coumadin®), do not use.
Keep out of reach of children.
