A unique combination of folate as L-methylfolate 5-MTHF, vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, vitamin D3, BioPerine® black pepper, herbs, and fruits nutrients to help promote healthy aging and the methylation cycle.
Adults take 1 capsule daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner with 8 oz of water or your favorite beverage. May be taken with or without food.
Methylcellulose capsule.
