Grass-fed Argentinian beef bone marrow supplement is made with bovine bone marrow, bone matrix, and cartilage to provide nutrients and vitamins found in the bone.
Adults take 3 to 6 capsules daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner, with 8 ounces of water or your favorite beverage. May be taken with or without food.
Methylcellulose capsule.
