Dark semisweet chocolate breaks with a crisp snap releasing a flow of creamy sweet caramel. Subtly, hints of sea salt cut in to heighten the buttery notes of the truly old-world style caramel and provides the perfect balance of sweet and savory in this truly decadent bar.
