Use as sleep mask
You can customize this Asutra eye mask as you like. Unzip the silk bag and remove the muslin pouch to use as a lightweight silk mask. The strap is adjustable, loosen it as needed so that the mask is not too tight on your eyes before using.
Relieve headaches and stress
Warm therapy: Heat a moist towel in microwave for 20 seconds; wrap around eye pillow to warm for 2 minutes. Remove towel to use eye pillow. Cool therapy: Freeze for 1 hour.
Gel eye mask
Cool therapy: Freeze for 10 minutes or place in fridge.
Cleaning instructions
Spot clean with a damp cloth. Remove filling and dry clean silk eye pillow as needed.
Do not put the eye pillow in the microwave as it has metal zippers and will damage the eye pillow and microwave.
Do not microwave the gel eye mask as it may burst.
After warming or cooling the eye pillow or gel eye mask, test temperature on hand prior to placing over eyes/face.
