Amazing Formulas™ Melatonin Plus L-Theanine is a unique blend of two ingredients that helps relax your mind and gently drift to sleep. Melatonin is a hormone that naturally occurs in the pineal gland. At night, higher levels of melatonin is held by the body to induce and maintain sleep. It may help falling asleep faster and staying asleep all night. L-Theanine is a relaxing and non-dietary amino acid found in tea leaves. L-Theanine helps to regulate aspects of brain function in humans.
As a dietary supplement, adults take one (1) tablet at bedtime as Melatonin may produce drowsiness or as directed by a health care professional.
Dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate.
Contains No: Preservatives, artificial color, flavor or sweetener, sugar, milk, lactose, soy, gluten, wheat, yeast or fish.
Not intended for use by pregnant or nursing women and children under the age of 18. If you are taking any medications or have any medical condition, consult your doctor before use. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur. Do not drive, operate machinery or consume alcohol when taking this product. Limit use to two months with a break of one week.
Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing.
