Allmax MCT Oil is the perfect addition to a Ketogenic lifestyle and a great way to add healthy fats into your diet. Medium chain triglycerides (MCTs) are naturally occurring fats in coconut and palm kernel oils. MCTs are easily absorbed and metabolized by the body and aids in triggering your body to think of fat as energy rather than something for storage.
Shake well before use. Take one tablespoon (15 ml) of MCT Oil daily.
