21st Century® Zoo Friends® Sleep chewable tablets work in harmony with your child's natural sleep cycle and promotes relaxation and sleep.
As a dietary supplement, children 4 to 5 years of age chew one (1) tablet 30 minutes before bedtime; children 6 to 12 years of age, chew one (1) to two (2) tablets 30 minutes before bedtime or as directed by a healthcare provider. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Individual results may vary.
Sucrose, polyplasdone, maltodextrin, stearic acid.
Contains <2% of: Grape skin extract (color), magnesium stearate, natural flavors, silicon dioxide, sucralose.
Consult a healthcare provider prior to use if your child is taking any medications, has a medical condition or is planning a medical procedure. Stop use and contact a physician if adverse reactions occur. Consult a healthcare provider if your child experiences consistent sleep difficulties or for extended use. This product may cause drowsiness. Do not take or combine with other products containing melatonin or products that cause sedation or drowsiness. Do not use if your child is allergic to any of the ingredients. If your child weighs less than 31 lbs (14 Kg), this product is not recommended for use. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if product appears to be tampered with or seal is broken. Store at room temperature.
