L-Lysine is an essential amino acid which must be supplied from nutritional sources and is a building block of protein.
As a dietary supplement, adults take one (1) tablet daily with any meal or as directed by a healthcare provider. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Individual results may vary.
Cellulose, stearic acid. Contains <2% of: croscarmellose sodium, magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide.
