Chromium is an essential trace mineral and supports the metabolism and storage of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins in the body.
As a mineral supplement, adults take one (1) tablet daily with any meal or as directed by a healthcare provider. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Individual results may vary.
Cellulose, maltodextrin, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium. Contains <2% of: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
No added sugar, preservatives, artificial flavors or colors. Yeast free.
