Swanson Lutein Esters & Bilberry is the perfect pair of antioxidant defenders for healthy vision! The free-radical fighting flavonoids in bilberry have made it nature's premier herb for eye health. The carotenoid lutein provides specific antioxidant protection for the macula and other delicate eye tissues. Combined, they make a valuable nutritional contribution for daily vision maintenance. Each softgel supplies 20 mg of guaranteed-potency bilberry extract (standardized to 25 percent anthocyanins) with 6 mg of lutein esters from marigold.
As a dietary supplement, take one softgel per day with food and water.
