In India, gum guggul helps keep cholesterol levels at a healthy balance if the individual is already within normal ranges. Now their ingenious secret can be yours! Gum guggul is traditionally used in Ayurveda to maintain lipid levels already within a normal range, promote joint health and support weight management when paired with diet and exercise. Bioperine is included for increased absorption.
As a dietary supplement, take one tablet three times per day with food and water.
