Swanson Garlic with Lecithin is an excellent way to help maintain mental sharpness. Lecithin promotes healthy brain function and garlic supports blood flow to the brain. Plus, they encourage healthy cholesterol levels already within the normal range. Each capsule contains 300 mg of odor-controlled garlic and 190 mg of lecithin powder.
As a dietary supplement, take two capsules two timers per day with food and water.
