As its name suggests, eyebright herb has a history of use to support the eyes. Traditionally, the above-ground portions of the plant were brewed as a tea, eaten or incorporated into topical poultices, leaving a lot of room for variation. Swanson Eyebright Extract is standardized to provide a consistent composition in every capsule—with 2.5 % polyphenols guaranteed.
As a dietary supplement, take one capsule two times per day with water.
Maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose (plant fiber), gelatin, magnesium stearate.
